Regions and States Now Able to Green Light Business Proposals up to $5m
State and regional investment commissions will be able to grant business proposals of up to $5 million as part of the new investment law.
Local investments under K6 billion and foreign investments of less than $5 million will no longer need to go through the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) to gain approval, MIC said last week.
